Model DJ-750 and Model DJ-1400 are specially applied to coation aluminium on the cleaned glass plate surface serving as a mirror. Under high vacuum the aluminium is heated so that the aluminium molecules can, in a very short time, be evaporated and subsequently formed a strong aluminium film on the object being coated. The film thus prepared posseses high reflectivity and serves as mirror or reflective material in energy industry.
In the old chemical process of mirror production, sliver nitrate used to be reduced by glucose, making the silver deposit on the glass plate. Then a paint containing lead was coated on as a protective layer. In the above mentioned process a large amount of silver would be consumed while producing contamination. The vacuum coating changes the old chemical technology into physical process. This improvement may economize a large amount of silver and food while eliminating contamination. So at present it is appreciated by users in and out field of our country.
